To get the best results when typing a prompt, use clear and specific queries. As a starting point, you can use the question bank, and then customize questions to meet your needs.
You can ask general questions about how to do your job, such as best practices for weeding your collection.
Also, you can ask how to do something in Destiny, such as remove an item.
